Pupil mental health was the biggest concern raised by members in our annual survey last year and we need feedback from PSHE teachers and leads on how we can help.
Complete this new pupil mental health survey in just 5-7 minutes* to help us understand your specific concerns and what guidance and resources we can support PSHE teachers and leads with.
We have already taken a number of steps to address your concerns, for example providing guidance on dealing with mental health disclosures, advice on eating disorders and choosing mental health and emotional wellbeing as our annual conference theme. Leading organisations like our partners at Young Minds also provide a range of valuable services for schools.
But given the scale of concern amongst our members, we want to find out what more we can do so we and Young Minds would like as many PSHE teachers and leads as possible to complete this joint survey by 5pm on Friday 21st March. This will help us to understand more about your concerns and exactly what we can do to support you.
We are very hopeful, given our members’ concerns about mental health issues that you will be keen to participate in the survey – but as an additional bonus we will be giving away £100 in vouchers as a prize for randomly selected participants (one £50 prize and two £25 prizes, vouchers of your choice).
Thanks in advance for taking the time to take part in this important research and do email us if you have any queries.
